  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

  1. In a saucepan, combine the deli roast beef with beef stock and let it simmer on low heat until heated through.
  2. Stir in the Arby’s sauce, allowing it to simmer for a few more minutes for that deliciously rich flavor.
  3. In another saucepan, heat the heavy cream and gradually add the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Slice the onion kaiser rolls in half and toast them lightly if desired for a bit of crunch.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the heated roast beef on the rolls, drizzling that creamy cheese sauce generously, and finally closing the sandwiches.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy every bite!
