Preparation
  1. Shuck the corn and cut it from the cob if desired.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the corn until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain the corn and allow it to cool slightly.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the corn to the skillet, followed by Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat well.
  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is lightly browned.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
