- Combine mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of dill pickle relish, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion, capers, dried parsley flakes, and white sugar in a blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl and stir in the remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons of relish and 1 tablespoon of chopped onion.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to enhance the flavors.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in small portions. Stir before serving leftovers.
