  • 28 oz Bag frozen french fries Use your favorite brand of frozen fries.
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil Adjust according to preference.
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Add more for extra heat.
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust salt to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch Helps to keep fries crispy.
Cheese Sauce
  • 1 can Ricos Nacho Cheese sauce For drizzling on fries.

  1. Begin by cooking the frozen fries according to package instructions, aiming for that perfect, crispy texture.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, toss the crispy fries with olive oil along with cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, sugar, chili powder, paprika, and cornstarch. Ensure everything is well coated for the best flavor.
