  • 1 cup milk Add more for desired creaminess.

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions and drain it.
  2. In a large pot, melt the cream cheese over medium heat and gradually stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and continue to mix until it’s fully melted and creamy.
  4. Add the shredded chicken, honey, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the cooked macaroni until it’s thoroughly coated in the cheese sauce.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For optimal freshness, store in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 days. Can freeze individual portions. Reheat gently, adding a splash of milk if needed.
