Ingredients
  

For the rice
  • 1 cup Cilantro lime rice Cook rice and mix with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
Main ingredients
  • 1 lb Steak (flank or sirloin) Cook to desired doneness and slice thinly.
  • 1 can Black beans Rinse and drain before using.
  • 1 cup Corn Can use fresh, frozen, or canned.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For topping.
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole For topping.
  • 1/2 cup Pico de gallo For topping.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese For topping.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded, for topping.
  • 1 serving Tortilla chips For crunch on the side.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the steak to your desired doneness and slice it thinly against the grain to enhance tenderness.
  2. Prepare the cilantro lime rice by cooking rice and mixing it with fresh lime juice and finely chopped cilantro.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, layer the cilantro lime rice as your base.
  2. Add black beans and corn on top of the rice for hearty additions.
  3. Top your bowl with the sliced steak, followed by generous dollops of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese and lettuce.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips on the side for a satisfying crunch!

Notes
