For the refresher
  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Passion fruit syrup
  • 1/2 cup White grape juice Can be substituted with apple juice or lemon/simple syrup mixture.
  • 1/8 teaspoon Citric acid
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green coffee bean extract powder (optional) Omit for a caffeine-free drink.
  • 1 cup Water or lemonade or coconut milk Choose your preferred base.
  • Ice cubes For serving.
  • Fresh strawberries Fresh strawberries Use additional for garnish.

Preparation
  1. In a large glass or jar, mix together the strawberry syrup, passion fruit syrup, white grape juice, citric acid, and green coffee bean extract powder if you're using it.
  2. Pour in your choice of flavor base—whether it’s water, lemonade, or coconut milk—and stir well to combine.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, add a handful of fresh strawberries, and pour the prepared drink over the ice.

Notes

Best served chilled. Pair with light snacks like fruit skewers or cheese platter for a delightful meal combination. Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
