Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the egg whites, fresh spinach, feta cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Pour this mixture into a preheated non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook until the egg whites are set, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Once the egg mixture is cooked, place it onto a whole wheat tortilla and wrap it tightly to hold all the ingredients together.
  4. Slice in half and serve warm, enjoying every flavorful bite!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, microwave for a minute or two. For a gluten-free option, switch to a gluten-free wrap. Experiment with different herbs or seasonings to enhance the flavor.
