Preparation
- In your slow cooker, place the chicken at the bottom.
- Top the chicken with half of the crushed Ritz crackers.
- Add the sour cream and both types of cream soups.
- Sprinkle your chosen seasonings over the mixture.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, sprinkle the remaining Ritz cracker mix on top before serving.
Notes
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat until steaming for food safety.
