- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread, ensuring the oiled side is facing up.
Cooking
- Grill in the panini press or skillet until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Once done, remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Pair with a simple salad, crunchy kettle chips, or tomato soup. Store leftovers wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to three days in the fridge.
