  • 1 cup Buttermilk Can substitute with almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour Can use gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup Seasoned bread crumbs For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Oil for frying Oil Use a suitable frying oil

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least an hour.

  3. Remove the chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece thoroughly in the flour mixture.

  2. Carefully add the chicken tenders to the pan and fry until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Drain cooked chicken tenders on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve hot.
