- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell pepper, sautéing until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
- Pour in the beef broth and ketchup, mixing well. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat, then fold in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Serve the mixture on brioche buns.
Notes
Best served with crispy sweet potato fries or a fresh green salad. Can also add toppings like pickles or hot sauce.
