  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
For the Peach Topping
  • 4 medium Fresh peaches Can substitute with canned peaches.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Butter
For the Cones
  • 4 pieces Pre-made or homemade cones Choose based on your preference.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
Cooking Peach Topping
  1. If using fresh peaches, peel and chop them before cooking.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add the peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and butter, and cook until the peaches are soft and syrupy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool slightly.
Assembly
  1. Fill each cone with the cheesecake mixture.
  2. Spoon the peach topping on top, packing generously for a layered effect.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
