  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add mushrooms, broccoli, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  5. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
