  • 2 hard-boiled eggs peeled and diced Provides creaminess.
  • 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice Enhances flavor balance.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shred cooked chicken in a food processor until fine and fluffy.
  2. Finely mince the celery.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, minced celery, diced hard-boiled eggs, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise, and onion powder.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve on bread, crackers, or over a bed of mixed greens.

Notes

For best flavor, make a day in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
