  • 3 cloves 3 garlic cloves, fresh Mince finely.
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp 3 tbsp mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup olive oil Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can substitute with vegan cheese for a vegan option.

Preparation
  1. Start by mincing the fresh garlic cloves finely.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, black pepper, granulated sugar, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gradually add in the olive oil and white vinegar, whisking until the dressing achieves a smooth consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve over your favorite salads.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Re-whisk if the dressing separates.
