Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.

  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Cooking
  1. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  2. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges appear set, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes.
