  • 2 large Eggs Whisked
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
For Frying
  • Vegetable oil Vegetable oil for frying Amount as needed
  • 12 oz Mozzarella cheese Cut into sticks

Preparation
  1. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
  2. Set up a breading station: in one bowl, whisk the eggs; in another, combine flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; and in the third, place the seasoned breadcrumbs.
Breading
  1. Dip each cheese stick in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the cheese sticks until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze them before frying.
