Ingredients
  

Fruit Base
  • 1/2 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced Use ripe mango for maximum flavor.
  • 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit, diced Can be substituted with frozen raspberries or strawberries.
Tea and Soda
  • 2 bags green tea Steep in hot water.
  • 8 oz hot water Used to brew the tea.
  • 12 oz lemon and lime soda Adds fizzy touch to the drink.
Garnish
  • to taste Mint for garnish Optional, but adds a fresh touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew the Green Tea: Steep the green tea bags in hot water for about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.
  2. Blend the Fruit Base: In a blender, combine the cooled green tea, diced mango, and frozen dragon fruit. Blend until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the Drink: Fill glasses with ice, pour the fruit puree in each glass, filling them about two-thirds full.
  2. Add Soda: Top each glass with lemon and lime soda.
  3. Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with a mint leaf or lime wedge and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store any unused fruit puree in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Add soda just before serving for maximum fizziness.
