  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Can substitute with turkey or tofu.
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Sliced, can mix colors.
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped.
  • 1 cup Spicy Cajun cream sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika For seasoning chicken.
  • 1/2 cup Flour For coating chicken.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the chicken in a skillet until browned and thoroughly cooked through.
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the spicy Cajun cream sauce.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle it with paprika.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour with Louisiana Fish Fry Product seasoning to coat the chicken pieces.
  7. Serve the saucy chicken over pasta, garnished with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For an extra kick, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning. You can substitute zucchini or spinach for additional vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for about 2 months.
