- Cook the chicken in a skillet until browned and thoroughly cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms; sauté until softened.

- Return the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle it with paprika.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour with Louisiana Fish Fry Product seasoning to coat the chicken pieces.
- Serve the saucy chicken over pasta, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For an extra kick, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning. You can substitute zucchini or spinach for additional vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for about 2 months.
