  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso, cooled completely Use strong coffee for best results.
  • 1/4 cup whole milk Can be substituted with almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • to taste none whipped cream for topping Optional topping.

Preparation
  1. Start by placing two tall milkshake glasses in the freezer to chill.
  2. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, cold coffee, whole milk, and chocolate syrup.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more ice cream or milk as desired.
  4. Once blended, divide the mixture between the chilled glasses.
  5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle additional chocolate syrup over the top, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in a sealed container in the freezer. For best quality, consume within a week. Brew coffee strong and cool before blending to maintain shake texture.
