  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated, creating a creamy, colorful salad.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Serve on a sandwich, in a wrap, or over a fresh bed of lettuce.

Notes
