Ingredients
  

Pasta and Base Ingredients
  • 8 ounces pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup diced salami
  • 1 cup diced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Dressing and Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, salami, provolone cheese, red onion, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and parsley.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best flavor, let the salad rest overnight in the fridge. Customize ingredients as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 3-5 days.
