  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish sesame seeds Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create a smooth sauce.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown all over.
  2. Toss in the green beans and bell pepper, stirring until they reach a tender-crisp texture.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat them evenly.
  4. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens to your liking.
  5. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

For an extra crunch, consider topping with toasted sesame seeds or sliced green onions. This dish can be served over steamed rice or alongside noodles.
