- Add the chicken and cook until it’s golden brown, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
Sauce Preparation
- In another bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Before serving, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
To achieve the perfect crispy chicken texture, do not overcrowd the skillet while cooking. You can also add different vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for variation.
