Method
 

Cooking
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Notes

Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of milk or cream if necessary. Can be frozen for up to two months.
