  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use freshly grated for best results.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream, combining until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.
  5. Season your sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve it over your favorite pasta or use it in your dishes as desired.

Notes

Store any leftover Alfredo sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator, best used within 3 to 5 days. Reheat gently on low heat and add a little extra cream or milk if needed.
