  • 2 lbs Green seedless grapes
  • 2 lbs Red seedless grapes
Creamy Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar, light packed
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  • 1 cup Sour cream Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
Extras
  • 1/2 cup Pecans Can be omitted for a nut-free version.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and sour cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold this creamy mixture into the bowl of grapes, ensuring every grape gets coated.
  4. Add in the pecans and gently mix to combine everything well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.

Notes

Serve as a side dish for grilled meats, a cheese platter, or as a dessert. For added freshness, serve it over a bed of mixed greens.
