Preparation
- Start by placing the diced potatoes and sliced carrots at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Lay them on top of the veggies.
- Pour the chicken broth and melted garlic butter over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring everything is slightly submerged.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken for easier serving and give everything a good stir. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
