Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 6 scoops Ice cream of your choice Scoop into balls and freeze until solid.
Coating
  • 1 cup Corn flakes, crushed Mix with Nilla wafers for coating.
  • 1 cup Nilla wafers, crushed
Toppings
  • to taste Chocolate syrup
  • to taste Caramel syrup
  • to taste Strawberry syrup
  • 1 cup Whipped cream For serving.
  • 6 Cherries One for each serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Scoop rounds of your favorite ice cream into balls and place them on a tray. Freeze until solid.
  2. In a separate bowl, crush the corn flakes and Nilla wafers together until you achieve a fine mixture.
Cooking
  1. Roll each frozen ice cream ball in the crushed mixture until coated.
  2. Preheat oil in a deep pot until hot. Fry the coated ice cream balls for a few seconds until golden brown.
  3. Remove the balls from the oil and drain them on paper towels.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with drizzles of chocolate, caramel, and strawberry syrup. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

Notes

For a fun dessert experience, set up a toppings bar for guests to choose their toppings. Store extras in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a couple of days. Warm slight variations, like different cereals for coating or flavored ice cream, can enhance the experience.
