Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a generous pat of butter, allowing it to melt and coat the pan.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Once the skillet is hot, place the coated bread slices in the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup and any toppings you enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Can also be frozen for longer storage.
