  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with grapes, apple, and pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
