Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites and cottage cheese together until well combined and smooth.

  4. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
  7. Allow them to cool slightly before carefully removing from the muffin tin.

Notes
