Preparation
- Hard boil your eggs.
- Dice the hard boiled eggs or use an egg slicer. If using the slicer, slice in one direction, turn the egg 90 degrees, and slice again for nice, even pieces.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: mayonnaise, onion powder, salt, pepper, relish, and mustard. Gently fold in the diced eggs until well mixed.
