Preparation
- Cook the linguine or fettuccine noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and brown it thoroughly.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the beef broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 3 minutes until everything is well combined.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water and then stir this mixture into the beef mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet and mix well to coat them with the delicious sauce.
- Garnish with the chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dish can be frozen for up to 3 months.
