  • 1 cup Italian dressing Any vinaigrette can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter version.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs, dried
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For a variation, try adding other herbs like rosemary or thyme.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Italian dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until well-mixed.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and thoroughly coat them with the dressing mixture.
  4. Generously sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and there’s no pink in the center.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight in the dressing mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat to 165°F before serving. Freeze for up to three months.
