Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk Can substitute with almond milk for a dairy-free version
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Cooking
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pour about 1/3 cup of the pancake batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on top.
  3. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional minute until the underside is golden brown.
  4. Keep pancakes warm by covering them with a towel while you continue to cook the remaining batter.

Notes

For best results, avoid overmixing the batter and let it rest before cooking. Experiment with toppings and variations, such as using mashed bananas or adding cheese for savory pancakes.
