Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar. Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they’re well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs.
  2. Cook until fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on each side depending on thickness.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve over steamed rice or alongside sautéed veggies. Consider adding a splash of ginger or garlic to the marinade for extra flavor.
