Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, feta, or your choice) Choose your favorite type of cheese.
  • 1 cup Vegetables (like bell peppers, spinach, or onions) Chopped vegetables of your choice.
  • 1 cup Meat (cooked sausage, turkey, or any favorite) Use any cooked meat you prefer.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 275°F (135°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in your chopped vegetables, cheese, and cooked meat of choice. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Carefully pour the egg mixture into silicone molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
Cooking
  1. Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until the edges are firm and the centers are set.
  2. Once done, let them cool for a couple of minutes before gently removing them from the molds.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Can be frozen for longer storage.
