  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Consider making your own for a fresher taste.
  • 1/4 cup Minced onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Adds brightness to the salad.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and minced onions.
  2. Add in the mayonnaise, chopped celery, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix everything together until all ingredients are combined.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately on a bed of crisp lettuce, as a sandwich filling, or alongside crunchy crackers.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can freeze it for up to a month, but the texture may change upon thawing. Try adding fruits or nuts for a twist.
