Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Baking
- Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
These cookies can be served warm with vanilla ice cream or paired with milk or coffee. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing.
