  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Gradually fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips to the batter.
  4. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring enough space between them.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are just set.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
Decorating
  1. Once cooled, generously frost each cookie with marshmallow frosting and drizzle with chocolate ganache.
