Method
Cooking the Beef
- Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook it until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in the taco seasoning as per package instructions and let it simmer.
Assembling the Crunchwraps
- Take a large flour tortilla and place a scoop of the savory beef mixture in the center.
- On top of the beef, generously layer tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Finally, add a dollop of sour cream and drizzle on some hot sauce if desired.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating a neat wrap that encloses all the delicious filling.
Cooking the Crunchwraps
- Heat a skillet over medium heat again. Place your wrapped Crunchwrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove from the skillet, cut in half, and serve hot for optimal enjoyment!
Notes
Leftover Crunchwraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 375°F or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
