  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Cut into cubes

  2. Pour the Olive Garden Italian dressing over the chicken.
  3. Add the minced garlic and pepper, stirring gently to coat the chicken evenly.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for about 5-6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  2. When there are about 30 minutes left of cooking, add the diced cream cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
Combining
  1. While the chicken finishes cooking, prepare the penne pasta according to the package instructions in a separate pan.
  2. Just before serving, stir the cooked pasta into the Crockpot, ensuring everything is well mixed.

Notes

Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Pairs beautifully with garlic bread or a light salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container; they will stay fresh for up to 3 days.
