  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan garlic sauce generously over them.
  3. Cook on low for about 4 hours, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and shreds easily.
  4. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the sauce in the cooker.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  6. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, milk, and Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add the drained pasta to the slow cooker along with the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Stir everything together until it’s well-combined and coated.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy this delightful dish with family or friends!
