  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until it reaches an al dente texture. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Steak
  1. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites and sear them until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
