  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Adds a nice crunch.

Preparation
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Cook over medium heat until the cream cheese melts and the mixture combines smoothly.
  3. Stir in the cooked gnocchi and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon and sliced green onions, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat gently in a skillet, adding broth or milk if the sauce is too thick.
