  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced chicken and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Drain the pasta and immediately toss it with the chicken and garlic. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  5. Quickly combine the pasta with the cream mixture, stirring vigorously to create a creamy sauce without cooking the eggs directly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and plate immediately for the best texture.

Notes

Serve with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese. A side of garlic bread and a simple green salad pairs excellently.
