- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, diced celery, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on croissants, with fresh fruit, or over greens. Can be used as a dip for crackers or veggie sticks.
