- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
- Dip each chicken tender into the mayo mixture, coating them thoroughly.
- Crush the Ritz crackers and spread them out on a plate.
- Dredge the coated chicken tenders in the crushed crackers until well coated.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the tenders for added flavor.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

Notes
For extra crunch, try adding some panko breadcrumbs to the Ritz crackers. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
